Job Description
The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient operations of the store. The role requires exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, and strong retail and cash handling experience to perform start‑end day cash reconciliation and manage opening and closing duties on a rotating basis.
Responsibilities- Coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service and achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Handle cash reconciliation, including start and end of day procedures, and ensure accurate financial records.
- Open and close the store in accordance with the rota and company policies.
- Maintain a fast‑paced, safe, and welcoming store environment during retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software.
- Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring to achieve performance targets (desirable).
- Experience in retail operations, cash reconciliation, opening, and closing of the store (desirable).
- Willingness to work a retail schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country (required).
Hourly rate: $17.26 – $26.00 (may vary based on experience, skills, education, and geographic location). Eligible for a highly competitive bonus program with opportunities for over‑achievement based on performance and company results.
