Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Site Acquisition Manager. The Site Acquisition Manager will assist the VP of Site Acquisition to negotiate, document, execute, and organize a variety of site acquisition documents to support contract negotiations and site due diligence.
In this fast-paced position, the Site Acquisition Manager will include a wide range of activities related to achieve the organization’s aggressive growth targets and site acquisition goals. The successful candidate should have the ability to thrive in an environment of frequent change and be adept at dealing with an ambiguous business environment. The candidate must have demonstrated previous success in delivering wireless infrastructure projects from start to finish.
The successful candidate must also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work in various project management tools.
- Collaborate with project managers and outside counsel to support efforts to secure contracts to build wireless infrastructure on private and public property;
- Monitor and track all contracts and lease agreements to ensure progress is made, forecasts are accurate and company KPIs are met;
- Work with third-party title companies to understand and mitigate risks identified on property title reports;
- Work directly with counter parties when needed to facilitate, process and track contracts through execution, and;
- Adhere to company standards to abstract contractual, legal and compliance documentation to meet company and industry standards.
- Working closely with Site Acquisition Managers to ensure all documentation is procured, inspected and meets company standards prior to construction;
- Audit internal data systems to ensure data and documentation are in alignment and accurate;
- Procure missing documentation and data through various means including vendor/customer outreach, documentation audit, and/or third-party systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary documentation, approvals and data are up to date and accurate.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of real estate transactions and agreements;
- Evaluate reports and dashboards that are used to drive KPIs;
- Review/Update systems and tools so needed information can be easily found and relied upon to drive system adoption.
- Partner with internal business units to implement plans, programs, processes that achieve the objective of 100% documentation and data integrity;
- Prepare and own reporting to track progress on data and documentation goals; and
- Identify gaps in key processes and implement/document process to gain operational efficiencies.
- Drive customer service with internal/external stakeholders;
- Mange multiple projects/tasks simultaneously;
- Attend company meetings; and
- Complete ad hoc requests for information as needed.
- Minimum 5-10 years SAQ Management, Real Estate Contracts or Paralegal experience within the wireless industry.
- B.S. degree in business, real estate or finance or equivalent required; JD or paralegal certificate a plus.
