Role DescriptionThis is a hands-on field leadership role responsible for managing crews, equipment, subcontractors, safety, quality, and production across multiple active job sites throughout the Northeast region.
The ideal candidate will bring strong technical knowledge of micropile installation methods, proven leadership capability, and the ability to drive projects safely, efficiently, and profitably in challenging geotechnical environments.
QualificationsMinimum 7+ years of construction supervision experience in geotechnical or specialty foundation construction.
Strong experience with:
- Anchors
- Soil nails
- Grouting systems
- Small diameter drilling methods
Experience managing projects in urban and constrained-access environments common throughout the Northeast U.S.
Working knowledge of drilling equipment / specialty drilling rigs.
Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and geotechnical data.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proven track record managing field productivity, safety, and quality performance.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Northeastern United States.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
Candidates should be comfortable working in fast-paced environments with demanding schedules, complex subsurface conditions, and varying weather conditions throughout the Northeast region.
