Housekeeper - Floor Care Technician

Part Time | Day Shift | Every Other Weekend

Pay: $16.60-$18.60/hour

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Some previous experience in custodial/janitorial work
• Lifting no more than 35 pounds at a time with frequent lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

• Floor care. Dust/clean furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and disinfect equipment including all hallways and all sitting areas.
• Empties and cleans waste receptacles daily.
• Cleans and maintains supplies in the restrooms.
• Moves and arranges furniture, special program set up and equipment as needed.
• May assist in unloading delivery trucks/monitor back door during deliveries.
• Appropriate use of cleaning products. Perform floor care on all surfaces. Operate scrubber/Burnisher/Extractor and various housekeeping equipment. Strip and finish floors.
