Job Description
We are hiring a Glass Finisher to inspect, pack, label, and prepare glass products for shipment while maintaining supplies and supporting production in a physically active environment.
Job SummaryInspects, packs, labels, and prepares glass products for shipment while maintaining supplies and supporting smooth production.
Key Responsibilities- Pick up glass, inspect and pack in proper container.
- Occasionally scribes and knocks out heel prior to packing.
- Remove carton from track, position in area and place pallet on cart.
- Make up cartons and bulk containers as necessary.
- Replenish supply of carton products as required.
- Make up stencils as required.
- Stencils cartons or bulk load with proper identification.
- Aside heels and cullet's to cullet hopper.
- Assist others in resolving production difficulties to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift or move up to 30 pounds regularly.
- General language skills, math skills, and reasoning ability.
- No travel required (0%).
