Job Description:

The Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist, reporting to the Marketing Operations Director, will be focused on the reporting and analysis of marketing activity throughout the demand generation funnel. You'll have the opportunity to analyze all aspects of our marketing campaigns including top-of-the-funnel activity and conversion, mid-funnel nurture initiatives as well as lead to opportunity and opportunity to revenue conversion.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience generating and analyzing reports and data related to marketing analytics. This role requires an understanding of outbound & inbound marketing activities and how leads flow through the sales funnel. A passion in analytics and marketing while having the ability to tell a story using data is a key requirement. Experience leveraging intent data and ABM orchestration platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities:

* Routinely perform analysis and insight into key metrics and provide recommendations for improving performance in critical campaign areas and throughout the lead to revenue funnel
* Development and management of reports and dashboards that provide actionable metrics used to optimize and drive marketing decisions
* Deliver monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights, including analysis of multi-channel conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
* Highly self-motivated, proactive contributor who works well as an individual and within a team environment
* Proactively work with all levels of marketing staff to understand and establish goals, determine required data sources and establish marketing benchmarks and metrics
* Be an advocate for data driven everything, evangelize insights on what's working and what's not working to help drive incremental gains in pipeline and revenue
* Provide ongoing training across all marketing groups in the use of analytics dashboards and reporting
* Work daily with analytical software including but not limited to BI tools like SiSense, Reporting within SFDC and Marketo, Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and more
* Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing best practices
* Strong data evaluation skills - with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources, and focus on the big picture takeaways of any analysis while owning the underlying details
* Ability to understand complex systems and dependencies
* Strong critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience generating and analyzing reports and data related to marketing analytics, with at least 1 year working in Salesforce reporting
* Detail-oriented with exceptional computer skills, such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL, SAS or similar applications
* Proficiency with SiSense, Qlik, Tableau, Domo, or knowledge of other BI tools (Einstein Analytics)
* Experience creating reports in Salesforce.com using Campaigns and Campaign Member objects
* Experience with reporting in marketing automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, Hub Spot
* BA/BS Degree or relevant work experience required
