Plant Shipping Clerk

Our client, a growing furniture manufacturing company, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting the Warehouse and Logistics Teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Clerk (1st Shift)

Location: Newton, NC

Pay Range: $16.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Verify finished products against shipping documents to ensure accuracy

• Scan products and update inventory/shipping systems

• Prepare and label shipments for outbound delivery

• Maintain a clean and organized shipping area

What’s Needed?

• Previous shipping clerk experience

• Experience using RF scanners or other scanning equipment

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability stand for extended periods

• Basic computer and data entry skills
