EEV zoekt een ambulant begeleider in Nijmegen om gezinnen stap voor stap te ondersteunen. Je biedt persoonlijke begeleiding in hun eigen leefomgeving, gericht op groei in zelfredzaamheid en ontwikkeling. Je werkt nauw samen met collega's en hulpverleners om doelen te realiseren.
De functie vraagt om een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in Social Work of Pedagogiek en relevante ervaring in de (jeugd) hulpverlening. EEV biedt een jaarcontract met flexibele uren en uitstekende arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens de CAO Jeugdzorg.
