Role - Portable Chiller Assembler

The Portable Chiller Assembler assembles all variety of portable chillers to include 1 - 14-ton EQ, SQ, and NQ portables, Basic Ink and Sub-Assemblies, 15-50ton portables, custom and special portables.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble portable chillers per drawings, schematics, and technical data efficiently
• Trouble shoot design and assembly issues
• Interact with members of other departments to improve processes and designs
• Brazing Coper over 0.875 or larger diameter
• Pipe fitting

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Accurately interpret schematics and blueprints
• Must know how to Braze copper efficiently without leaks
• Bend pipe within required specifications
• Troubleshoot assembly issues
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration
• Must be legally able to work in the United States
• Must have a positive attitude and foster a continuous improvement environment
