Operations Specialist

We're looking for a detail-driven and student-focused professional who can own the end-to-end application journey — from smart shortlisting to flawless application submission.
What You'll Do
Build high-quality university shortlists based on student profiles
Guide students through APS, Uni-Assist & documentation processes
Ensure 100% accurate and compliant applications
Provide continuous counselling & support till admission outcome
Track deadlines, manage applications, and maintain CRM records
What You Need
1–4 years in Germany/Italy education counselling
Strong knowledge of:
Uni-Assist
APS
German grading & ECTS
Studienkolleg, Apostille, DoV
Excellent communication & student handling skills
Detail-oriented mindset with strong ownership
