Responsibilities
Create  high-converting thumbnails  for You Tube videos, shorts & reels
Understand  student psychology & exam-driven curiosity
Maintain  brand consistency  across educators & subjects
Collaborate with faculty & content teams
Track and improve  CTR performance
Requirements
Strong skills in  designing software like Photoshop.
Proven  You Tube thumbnail portfolio  (mandatory)
Understanding of  education content & student audience (16–24 yrs)
Good sense of  typography, colors & visual hierarchy
Good to Have
Prior  EdTech / Education You Tube  experience
Basic understanding of  You Tube analytics
Familiarity with  Hinglish student audience
