Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge and execution of paid campaigns across Linked In Ads , Bing Ads, Native Ads & Affiliate Marketing
Should have knowledge in Meta Ads & Google Ads
Plan, manage and optimize high-budget campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, CPL, and revenue growth
Build and optimize full-funnel paid strategies (acquisition, retargeting, and conversion)
Continuously test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve performance
Oversee tracking infrastructure including Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion APIs, to ensure accurate event tracking and attribution.
Collaborate closely with creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
Proven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns with strong ROI outcomes
Demonstrated success in improving key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPL, and revenue contribution
Strong expertise in Linked In Ads and Bing Ads
Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies including acquisition, retargeting, and lifecycle campaigns
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify insights and make performance-driven decisions
Experience running A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
