Exploring the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director – Learning & Development to drive strategic L&D initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-powered learning solutions, instructional design, and leadership development programs. This is a pivotal role that will contribute significantly to talent development, capability building, and business impact.

How Your Day Will Look Like/Job Responsibility

Learning Strategy & Execution

Design and implement innovative, scalable, and AI-integrated L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with business leaders to conduct needs analysis and identify learning priorities.

Instructional & Visual Design

Leverage expertise in instructional design to develop high-impact learning content.
Create engaging digital learning experiences using tools like Canva, Articulate, Vyond, and similar platforms.

Program Design & Facilitation

Conceptualize and facilitate learning interventions across career stages, including leadership development programs.
Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions.

AI-Based Learning Enablement

Use data-driven and AI-based tools to personalize learning pathways and improve learning outcomes.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI.

Organizational Development (OD) Support

Support or co-lead OD interventions such as culture transformation, change management, and team effectiveness programs.

Education & Work Experience

10 – 15 years of experience in L&D.
Experience in Instructional Design, Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and change management.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Learning Design, or related field.
Certification in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or Leadership Development is an added advantage.

Knowledge

Learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), and adult learning principles.
Tools and technologies in L&D, including AI-driven platforms, LMS, and content creation tools.
Leadership development frameworks and performance improvement strategies

Skills

Serve as a billing subject matter expert for a particular Entity Generating invoices after
Designing and delivering engaging learning programs (virtual, in-person, blended)
Creating visual and interactive learning content using tools like Canva, Articulate, and Vyond.
Facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and leadership programs.
Analyzing learning needs, measuring effectiveness, and managing L&D projects.
Collaborating with stakeholders to align learning with business goals
