We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and highly responsible  Admissions Manager  who can convert opportunities into enrollments and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of aspiring students.
If you have a proven track record of converting leads, handling walk-ins, counseling students and parents, and consistently achieving admission targets, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed admissions for

B.Tech, BBA, and BCA programs.
2.
2.  Handle student and parent counseling with confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
3.
Manage walk-ins, campus visits, and admission interactions to deliver an exceptional experience.
4.
Drive admissions through effective follow-up, relationship building, and objection handling.
5.
Maintain high lead-to-admission conversion ratios.
6.
Coordinate with digital marketing, tele-calling, and outreach teams to maximize admissions.
7.
Maintain accurate CRM records and admission reports.

What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in admissions, education sales, counseling, or student recruitment.
2.
Strong ability to influence decision-making and close admissions.
3.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
4.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding admission targets.
5.
Strong ownership mindset and accountability for results.
6.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver admissions growth.

Preferred Experience
3–8 years in Higher Education Admissions / Student Recruitment.
Experience handling

B.Tech, BBA, BCA, Engineering, or Management admissions will be preferred.
Strong understanding of the admission lifecycle and student conversion journey.
