Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager – AI Initiatives to lead the strategy, development, and execution of AI-driven products and internal automation programs. This role involves translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring measurable impact through responsible AI deployment.

The ideal candidate brings strong product thinking, hands-on understanding of AI/ML capabilities, and the ability to drive execution from concept to launch.

Key Responsibilities

AI Product Strategy & Roadmap

- Identify high-impact opportunities to apply AI across customer experience, operations, analytics, and automation.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI initiatives.
- Prioritize use cases based on ROI, feasibility, data readiness, and business value.

⚙️ Execution & Delivery

- Translate business requirements into product specifications, workflows, and user stories.
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and milestone tracking.
- Ensure successful transition from model experimentation to production deployment.

AI Use Case Development

Drive initiatives such as:

- Conversational AI / Chatbots
- Predictive Analytics
- Recommendation Systems
- Document Intelligence & Automation
- Personalization Engines
- Internal Productivity Automation

Data & Model Governance

- Partner with data teams to ensure data quality, labeling strategy, and pipeline readiness.
- Define evaluation metrics for model accuracy, bias, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.

Stakeholder Management

- Act as a bridge between business leadership and technical teams.
- Present progress, insights, and ROI to senior management.
- Enable adoption by training teams on AI-driven workflows.

Continuous Improvement

- Monitor production AI performance and user adoption.
- Drive iterative improvements based on analytics and feedback.
- Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and tools.

✅ Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 4–8+ years of product management experience.
- Minimum 1 year working on AI/ML, data products, or automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, LLMs, APIs, and data pipelines.
- Experience writing PRDs, user stories, and product roadmaps.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional technical teams.

- Experience launching AI features in production environments.
- Familiarity with:

- Cloud AI platforms

- Experience in regulated industries (Finance, Healthcare, Insurance, etc.) is a plus.
