What You'll Do
* Run, manage, and optimize Meta & Google Ads campaigns
* Build and manage creator partnerships through the Creators Loop
* Track and report key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, UTMs, and attribution
* Collaborate closely with the Founder and lead two social media interns
What We're Looking For
* 2–5 years of experience in Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing
* Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
* Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, UTMs, and campaign tracking
* Experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliate programs
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and take ownership of results
