Lightning Protection Technician

We are seeking a Lightning Protection Technician to join our Lightning Protection Services team in Norcross, GA
. You will perform inspections, repairs, and installations of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings, as well as generate reports and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate has a strong construction or safety background, is comfortable working at heights, and is able to balance physical labor with basic office work.

• Perform inspections, repairs, and installations of lightning protection systems on commercial buildings, including flat roofs, office towers, and skyscrapers.
• Write detailed inspection and repair reports.
• Safely climb ladders, access building roofs, and work at heights.
• Operate hand tools (wrenches, drills, etc.) to perform repairs and installations.
• Provide professional, timely communication with project managers and clients.
• Work both independently and as part of a small field team to complete jobs on schedule.
• Travel regionally (primarily GA, TN, FL) and occasionally nationwide for projects.
• Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols.
