Protecnium is an international consulting firm specializing in engineering and technical services (). We are currently looking for a Field and Office Surveyor to join our team for a Heavy Civil Construction Project in Norfolk, Virginia.

Estimated Duration1 year. In general, when the project ends, we try to place the employee in other projects to give him/her continuity.
Responsibilities- Perform construction surveying activities in the field.
- Support layout and verification of roadway and structural works.
- Process field data and survey calculations.
- Prepare survey deliverables and documentation.
- Develop and update survey drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Generate stakeout files and coordinate models.
- Review design drawings and survey control information.
- Support quantity calculations and as-built documentation.
- Coordinate with construction, engineering and survey teams.
- Maintain project survey records and databases.
Monday to Friday, 8 am–6 pm (10 hours) (1 hour lunch). There is the possibility of working some Saturdays.
