Phase2 Technology is seeking an Agile Coach and Transformation Lead in Norfolk, Virginia. The successful candidate will drive transformation across the organization using Agile frameworks such as SAFe and Scrum. With over 7 years of experience in Agile management, you will coach technology leaders, deliver training, and ensure quality across commitments. Active TS/SCI clearance is essential. The salary range for this position is $112,800 to $257,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
