Overview

Sentara Health is currently seeking a Part‑Time, rotating shift Courier based out of Norfolk, VA. The role includes some weekends. Hours will be 10:45‑7:15 PM, with variations on scheduled weekends. A Courier will pick up and deliver various items such as deposits, medications, equipment, supplies, x‑ray films, lab specimens, letters, marketing materials, and packages. The Courier is required to operate a vehicle safely, keep the vehicle clean and well maintained, maintain vehicle safety logs, submit requests for vehicle maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, and track lab specimens, reports, supplies, and all barcoded items.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• No experience required.
• 1 year of Courier experience may substitute for a high school education.
