• Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active RN license in the state of residence.
• Hold an active CPR certification.
• Possess customer‑service orientation and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Show strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
