Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Butterfly Staffing is continuously recruiting experienced Quality Control Managers and Quality Control Specialists to support federal construction contractors performing NAVFAC, USACE, and Department of Defense projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
While this posting may not represent a single immediate opening, our clients frequently seek qualified professionals to support military base construction, shipyard infrastructure improvements, and other federal facility projects.
Project Responsibilities- Manage and implement the Contractor Quality Control (CQC) program on federal construction projects
- Conduct and document the Three-Phase Control Inspection process
- Review and track submittals and RFIs
- Coordinate inspections with Government QA representatives
- Maintain project quality documentation using systems such as RMS or QCS
- Ensure work complies with contract drawings, specifications, and federal standards
- Experience as a Quality Control Manager or QC Specialist on federal construction projects
- Familiarity with NAVFAC, USACE, or other federal agency construction programs
- Knowledge of the Three-Phase Inspection process
- Experience with RMS or QCS documentation systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Current CQM certification preferred
Projects may include work at federal installations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region including Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Joint Base Little Creek, Oceana, and other military facilities.
Compensation varies depending on role (Quality Control Manager vs. QC Specialist), project scope, and experience level.
