- Salary range: $55,000–$65,000 (annualized)

This role sits at the heart of our People Experience team. You’ll help ensure our employees feel supported, informed, and empowered—while keeping our HR operations running smoothly. This will be done by the following tasks:
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with continuing education, mandatory and non-mandatory training, and compliance documentation. This may include security training, anti-harassment training, and certifications.
- Conducts background checks and team member eligibility requirements.
- Provides support and routine tasks required to administer and execute People Experience programs.
- Provides support in planning and attending company events.
- Maintains accurate employee records, and ensure changes are processed correctly. (Status, pay, job changes, leaves, etc.)
- Supports the maintenance of Job Description s and ensures they are in the HRIS.
- Supports ISO Academy training program in communications and tracking trainings.
- Handles employment related inquiries from team members and leaders referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the People Experience Manager
- Helps maintain policies, procedures, and employee handbook content, support policy changes and acknowledgments.
- Maintains HRIS data integrity; run reports and support basic department metrics.
- Supports compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Conducts periodic check-ins and exit interviews with team members escalating concerns to People Experience leadership.
- Helps promote a positive culture through engagement initiatives and consistent HR practices.
- Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher)
- Type confidently and are comfortable with basic math
- Write clear, professional emails and routine correspondence
- Genuinely enjoy helping people and delivering great service
- Build positive relationships at all levels of the organization
- Take confidentiality seriously (really seriously)
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling priorities
- Have excellent time management and follow-through
- 2+ years of HR experience
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Ability to travel locally to client sites as needed
