Overview

We are the largest parking network in the United States and Europe, powering mobility at over 4,000 locations across North America and Europe.
Responsibilities- Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of assigned locations, ensuring parking operations adhere to contractual guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with management duties as assigned and substitute for any position, if necessary.
- Courteously assist customers and maintain a positive customer service attitude.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
- Report any known accidents, violations of company policy, safety hazards or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager.
- Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills, etc.
- Have thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks and freeways surrounding the garage.
- Complete other duties as needed.
- Education/Experience – Minimum high school diploma or equivalent and at least one month of related experience or training; or a combination of education and experience.
- Oral Communication – Speaks clearly, listens and asks for clarification, responds well to questions.
- Written Communication – Writes clearly and informatively; able to read and interpret written information.
- Customer Service – Maintains a positive attitude and responds to service requests and assistance.
- Adaptability – Adapts to changes in the work environment and handles unexpected events.
- Judgment – Exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
- License Requirement – Must hold and maintain a valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
- Physical Demands – Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, handle objects, and talk. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel or crouch. Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds. Required close and peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.
