Qualifications and

Experience:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Recent experience in a medical-surgical (MS) nursing setting
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting systems
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
• Ability to adapt to varying clinical situations and patient needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care to a diverse medical-surgical population
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and vital signs accurately
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions following established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians, multidisciplinary team members, and families for coordinated care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive clinical environment
• Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies or acute changes in patient status
