Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skill:
Veeva Vault Administration, PL/SQL, Clinical Operations Knowledge.
- Administer and support Veeva Vault applications, managing user access, security, workflows, and configuration changes.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into system solutions, and handle enhancements, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Leverage APIs, integrations, data loads, triggers, and automation to support end‑to‑end system connectivity.
- Conduct testing, deployment, documentation, and issue resolution in a regulated environment.
- Provide first‑line and advanced technical support for a clinical data management application.
- Apply ITIL principles to manage incidents, problems, and changes efficiently.
- Maintain detailed documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and fixes.
- Proactively monitor application health and performance using cloud and data tools.
- Communicate solutions and updates effectively to stakeholders and users.
Salary Range: $80,000-$110,000 a year.
