Independently perform senior‑level technical support within the maintenance department and train lower‑level technicians on more advanced tasks.

• Adhere to Abb Vie’s code of conduct; maintain the function of department assets to ensure reliable equipment and quality standards are met.
• Assist in root‑cause investigation and reliability‑centered maintenance analysis; capable of training others on tasks.
• Be proficient in multiple skilled trade disciplines and create or edit maintenance job plans.
• Be fully proficient in core functions, performing advanced‑level tasks.
• Assist cross‑functional teams outside of the maintenance organization.
• Support continuous improvement projects and safety initiatives within the maintenance organization and/or the site.
• Understand and follow all safety and GMP regulations.

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of experience, or a relevant certificate with 5+ years of experience, or an associate’s technical degree with 3+ years of experience, or proficiency in two or more skilled maintenance functions.
  CMRT (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Technician) or equivalent accreditation desired.
• Knowledge and ability to use advanced tools (e.g., machine tools, diagnostic tools, predictive tools).
  Intermediate computer skills (MS Windows). Electrical experience up to 480V is a plus.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical packaging or GMP environment is preferred.
