Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Design engineer (serial production equipment)
Location: Kief

We’re looking for a Design Engineer (serial production equipment) to join our production engineering team and help design and optimize tooling and fixtures for composite manufacturing. You’ll be involved in the entire process — from concept to implementation — working on advanced technologies and collaborating with R&D, technologists, and production teams.

This role is for you if you enjoy turning ideas into practical, high-tech solutions; you’re detail-oriented and passionate about precision engineering; you thrive in a collaborative environment and want to contribute to innovations in aerospace and composite technologies.

This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Kyiv.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
  • Design new and optimize existing technological tooling for serial production.
  • Adapt design solutions for manufacturability.
  • Analyze designs from a production perspective and propose improvements.
  • Prepare design documentation for tooling (3D models, drawings, technical specifications).
  • Manufacture parts using 3D printing technologies.
  • Launch tooling into serial production.
  • Collaborate closely with R&D, technologists, and manufacturing teams.
What you bring to the team:
  • Higher technical education.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of general technological processes for composite manufacturing and mold production.
  • Understanding of 3D printing, milling, and casting processes.
  • Experience working with composite materials (prepregs, resins, fiberglass, carbon fiber).
  • Proficiency in CAD systems:
    CATIA (mandatory),
SIEMENS NX (preferred), other CAD systems (a plus).
  • Experience with PLM systems (additional advantage).
Would be a plus:
  • Hands‑on experience with composite tooling design.
  • Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies.
