We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in North Miami Beach, Florida. As a Per Diem RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to our residents, including assessments, medications, treatments, and education
Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care
Educate patients and families on disease management, self-care techniques, and post-hospital care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and reports

Requirements:
A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
