About This Role
The Shift Charge Nurse provides clinical and administrative leadership during their shift, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to organizational policies. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to take on a leadership position in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Highlights- Pay: $42.19 - $72.88/Hourly
- Location: Northampton, MA
- Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc.
- Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift; includes on-call rotation
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership on shift.
- Report to the Nurse Manager/Director.
- Operate within established organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
- Other Certificate/Diploma in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
- Three (3) years current experience in relevant clinical specialty required
- Current experience must be within two years of hire into the Shift Charge position
- Registered Nurse [RN - Massachusetts] required
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
