The Clinical Nurse Program Manager (CNPM) focuses on the overall nursing quality strategy to impact Mass General Brigham's quality goals, promoting evidence-based practice and fostering a culture of safety. This role is ideal for experienced nursing leaders who are passionate about improving patient outcomes and managing clinical programs.

• Location: Northampton, MA
• Facility: Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc.
• Schedule: Full-Time, Day shift
• Pay: $74,048.00 - $/Annual

• Manage and coordinate specific clinical programs or services.
• Oversee nursing staff and implement program initiatives.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality patient care in alignment with organizational goals.
• Audit and monitor practices and process measures.
• Provide feedback for accountability to improve quality patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with local and MGB team members to promote a high reliability organization culture.
• Identify and work to mitigate risks.
• Foster a psychologically safe environment for nursing staff.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, Master's Degree in Nursing preferred

• 5-7 years of recent clinical experience in Medical-Surgical nursing and/or Critical Care with a background in program management required
• 3-5 years of demonstrated leadership and management experience required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in Massachusetts required
