Sales Estimator - Architectural Stonework

Commutable to Northampton

£40,000 - £45,000 + Quarterly & yearly bonus

• Sales Estimator position dealing with a high quality manufactured range of architectural stonework such as facades, cladding, wall dressings, window dressings, balustrades, landscaping & paving
• Producing quotes & take offs from architectural drawings
• Producing CAD designs / drawings relevant to the project
• Managing the process from enquiry through to completion
• Office based role with some requirement to visit customers, typically the home counties region
• Liaising with architects, specifiers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and private end users
• Reviewing drawings and gaining an understanding of projects/requirements
• Working on projects varying in size from £10k to £250k

• Must have experience within the building products sector, ideally with a technical understanding of stone, façade, lintels or a closely related product/system
• Must have experience as one or more of the following:
  Designer, Architectural Technician, Sales Executive, Estimator, Draughtsman or closely related
• Highly advantageous to have AutoCAD experience
• Strong relationship builder
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• IT literate (Microsoft Office)
