Job Overview

Mitie is expanding our M&S Security Operations Centre and is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team.

No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training, including a fully funded CCTV SIA licence.

• Monitor CCTV footage to identify and respond to criminal behaviour within M&S stores.
• Provide phone support to M&S store colleagues regarding security matters.
• Accurately input security and crime incident data into a central database.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to our client, ensuring their needs are met.
• Conduct regular check‑in calls with security personnel to share intelligence and updates.

• Proactive, reliable, and customer‑focused attitude.
• Computer literate with the ability to adapt to new systems.
• Strong ability to multi‑task and prioritise workload effectively.
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a team.
• High motivation, initiative, and a keen interest in technology and AI.

• £31,994.19 per annum; average of 40 hours per week, including weekend work.
• Shift pattern: one week of 08:00–16:00/17:00 and three weeks of 11:00–20:00 or 12:00–20:00.
