Overview
Are you passionate about making a real difference in a young person's life? A fantastic college in Northamptonshire is looking for a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support a student with EHCP specialist self-care throughout the college day - helping them thrive both personally and academically.
About the Role (Permanent, Variable Hours)
Salary: £12.91 per hour / £24,847 FTE. You'll play a key part in promoting student wellbeing and success by:
- Assisting with mobility and transport
- Providing personal care
- Supporting social and physical activities
- Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant
- A positive role-model approach
- Strong communication skills with young people
- Level 2 English & Maths (or equivalent)
