Pay starts at £13.28 per hour, increasing to £14.55 per hour for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

• Serve shoppers and help them find and purchase products.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service with passion and pride.
• Work across the store in service, picking and replenishment areas as required.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and to serve customers brilliantly.
• Make customer‑centred decisions and deliver routines that meet customers’ needs at the right time.
• Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand store performance, contribute to service and sales, reduce waste and shrink, and help deliver profit.
