Compensation
:
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

Hours
:
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, but you can work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12).

We schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and give you 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We support flexibility; if your available times match closely to the advertised times we would still love to hear from you.

Please note you must be over 18 to apply. The role may require working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm or in specific areas such as the warehouse, beverages, counter, bakery and driving roles.
