A nationally recognized commercial real estate firm is seeking a polished, highly organized, and client-focused Tenant Services Coordinator to join its dynamic team at one of its premier office properties in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago. This position offers a salary of $55-65K, commensurate with experience. In this role, you will be a key driver of operational excellence, helping ensure the building runs seamlessly while contributing to a first‑class tenant experience every day. of the Tenant Services Coordinator:
- Act as the primary liaison for tenants, vendors, and building staff, ensuring prompt and professional handling of daily service requests and property needs
- Coordinate tenant move‑ins, move‑outs, and onboarding processes while ensuring adherence to building standards and procedures
- Oversee tenant work order requests from initiation through resolution, maintaining clear communication and strong follow‑through
- Support tenants with questions related to invoices, building services, and lease administration in a timely and service‑focused manner
- Draft and distribute tenant communications and building notices in alignment with property management direction
- Assist with monthly financial processes, including tenant billing, accruals, and vendor invoice coordination
- Support tenant receivables tracking and assist with collection efforts as needed
- Help coordinate key building initiatives, including safety drills, emergency preparedness activities, and tenant communications
- 2+ years of administrative or office experience in a professional business environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
- Familiarity with property management systems such as MRI, Angus, Avid, Adobe, or similar platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to follow through and ensure accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with tenants, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining a strong service mindset
