Front Desk Concierge Part

National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are currently looking for a dedicated Front Desk Assistant with excellent customer service skills for our location in Northbrook, IL.

As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing a warm welcome and outstanding service. In this role, you will collaborate with the team and be responsible for:

• Greeting all visitors with a welcoming attitude.
• Handling packages (may include some light to moderate lifting).
• Collaborating with security, maintenance, and management teams as needed.
• Completing simple reports related to your shift and any incidents.
• Using company apps for scheduling and basic reporting.

Monday - Friday: 3 pm to 11 pm (40 hrs. per week).
Saturday and Sunday: 3 pm to 11 pm (16 hrs. per week).

$17.00 per hour (Biweekly pay)

• Previous experience in front desk, customer service, or similar roles is preferred but not required.
• Friendly and professional communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Own transportation to ensure punctuality.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Fluent English and Spanish speaker.
• Available to start working ASAP.
