Job Overview

Part-Time Sales Associate position at Lens Crafters (Store #000089). The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a high‑quality eye care experience, ensuring customers receive the best vision solutions and support with eyewear and optical services.

• Consistently deliver the sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in frame selection and coordinate optical measurements to guide customers toward the right vision solution.
• Conduct eye measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with the optician as needed.
• Actively participate and contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
• Maintain the appearance of the store, keeping displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized.
• Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems, computers, calculators, and basic phone and math skills.
• Embraces new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results, with a desire to meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to multitask; responds flexibly in a quickly changing environment.

Pay Range: $16.83 - $23.55 per hour. Compensation may also include a competitive bonus and/or commission plan. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
