Assistant Project Manager - (High-End Residential)

$75,000 – $110,000 + Benefits | Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO

An established general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support high-end residential construction projects from planning through completion. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in construction project management while gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, quality-focused environment.

• Support the management of multiple construction projects at once
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and project coordination
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients
• Help keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Maintain project documents including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Track project progress, costs, and timelines
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and project updates
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality
• Help resolve site issues and support field teams
• Ensure work follows safety standards and building codes
• Support communication between clients, architects, and internal teams

• 1–3 years of construction, project coordination, or related experience
• Residential construction experience preferred, ideally high-end homes or renovations
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office; project management software experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
