We are looking for a highly experienced AS400 / SYNON Senior Developer with deep functional knowledge of PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) systems. The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in CA/2E (SYNON) and COBOL on AS400
, along with solid understanding of core adjudication, pricing, and accumulator logic
.

• 15+ years of hands-on development in CA/2E (SYNON)
  • Programming, arrays, commit control
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in COBOL AS400 / COBOL ILE
• Strong experience with:
  • iSeries / AS400 (Mid-Range)
  • ILE, COBOL/400, CLLE
  • DB2/400
  • SQL
• Experience working with ACMS / MOM
• Strong exposure to DB2/400

• Analyze and understand functional and technical requirements

• Identify opportunities to optimize and fine-tune applications
• Participate in Agile / Scrum development processes
• Coordinate with clients for requirement clarification and solution design
• Contribute to the technology roadmap (functional and technical)
