Come thrive with us at our exquisite Memory Care Assisted Living Community, Bridges by EPOCH at Norwalk! We are now hiring a temporary RN Designee for our Nursing Wellness Department.
Full-time, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Tuesday–Saturday (40 hours per week). This is a temporary position.

- The RN Designee works with residents in the Memory Care Assisted Living Facility.
- This position assists the Wellness Director in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing day to day functions of the wellness department.
- The RN Designee assists in periodic resident assessments and care planning.
- This is a temporary position.
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of CT with experience working in Assisted Living.
- Some experience working with dementia required.
- On-call rotation is required.
- Must have strong leadership, supervisory skills and good communication skills. This position supervises and mentors nursing staff.
- Must have an RN Degree, with at least two years of full time or full time equivalent clinical experience in nursing.
- At least 1 year of experience with a home health care agency or community health program that included care of the sick is preferred.
