Infection Prevention Control Training Specialist – Nursing (RN or LPN)

Join the Nursing leadership team in Connecticut at Bridges by EPOCH, a Memory Care Assisted Living Community in Norwalk. This full‑time position (37.5 hr/week) requires a minimum of 24 hours per month training staff on infection prevention and control. The remaining hours are on the day shift 7 am–3 pm (13.5 hr/day). Some weekend and holiday hours required.

• Train all team members on infection prevention and control utilizing the CDC program.
• Monitor infection control policies within the community.
• Provide quality control and implement training as needed.
• Follow state guidelines on infection control.

• Must have a CDC Infection Control Prevention Certificate or be willing to certify through us or another approved infection control certification.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Some experience working in an assisted‑living community preferred.
• Preferred: LPN license.
