About the Job
Black Library has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Manager to join our studio. This brand new role will lead our Digital Team forwards and oversee Black Library digital initiatives, including the Black Library app and accessibility compliance.

ResponsibilitiesLead a team of talented technical eBook and Audio Producers to deliver high‑quality products on time. Ground the team in a culture of collaboration, mutual support, and continuous improvement, setting goals and keeping score through regular performance reviews, coaching and development support.
Manage both people and product to ensure success. Control ongoing quality and innovation for over 4,000 digital products, learning the digital product inventory in depth and researching industry trends and technologies to grow sales.
Be knowledgeable about digital product legislation, especially global accessibility regulations. Take ownership of product metadata, verifying that it is captured and used successfully.
Communicate confidently and proactively identify opportunities for refinements, improvements and optimisations within the Black Library app, to maximise commerciality and ensure an excellent customer experience. Drive innovation through collaboration with the Sales Team and other key stakeholders, sharing insights backed by accurate data.
