Opening in Spring 2026, Felden Hall School is a purpose‑built, brand new state‑of‑the‑art school for up to 115 pupils, caring for children aged 5‑16 with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. The aim is to give every pupil an outstanding educational experience with individual progress and care at the heart of what is offered.

As a teacher at Witherslack Group you will work with these children, help them learn, develop their abilities, and raise their self‑esteem. The role requires resilience, dedication, and a commitment to celebrating the small wins that make a big difference.

• Provide teaching and support to pupils aged 5‑16 in a SEND school.
• Adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and promote progress.
• Collaborate with in‑house psychologists, teaching assistants and therapy professionals.
• Maintain a high‑quality learning environment and support pupils’ wellbeing.

• Previous teaching experience with children having SEND.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Ability to relate subject to each pupil, build positive relationships and contribute to departmental development.
