An established global media agency is hiring a Digital Planning Director to lead digital strategy and planning for a flagship consumer brand. This is a huge client for the network and they are looking for a Digital Planning Director who is focused on driving measurable business outcomes through data‑led digital media excellence.

As Digital Planning Director you will own digital media strategy and planning across multiple projects, ensuring best-in‑class execution, strong cross‑channel integration, and clear learning agendas. The role partners closely with strategy, data, activation, creative and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end digital media strategy and planning across all digital channels
  • Translate client business objectives into clear, measurable digital frameworks
  • Own digital learning agendas and convert insights into planning implications
  • Oversee multi‑platform planning to maximise efficiency, performance and ROI
  • Act as senior strategic advisor to clients, providing clear recommendations
  • Collaborate across creative, data, strategy, activation and tech teams
  • Use analytics and performance data to inform optimisation and future planning
Your profile
  • Senior digital planning background within media agency environments
  • Track record of leading complex digital strategies for large consumer brands
  • Analytical, commercially minded and outcomes-focused
  • Strong expertise across programmatic, paid social, search, display and video
  • Good understanding of ad tech, measurement frameworks and attribution
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable, forward‑looking strategies
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI and automation
  • Comfortable operating at senior client and internal leadership level
