Responsibilities

• Responsibilities for outside areas, grounds clearing, litter removal, cleaning duties whilst building still in use and preparation for morning cleans.
• Litter removal inside building in busy areas
• Cleaning offices, classrooms, laboratories, event areas, stairs, corridors, entrances etc.
• High and low dusting (using both damp and dry dusting methods) desks, chairs, PCs, ledges, edges, sills etc

This post requires an early start of 6 am to ensure that buildings are cleaned to the highest standards.

We are looking for cleaners who are practical and have strong organisation skills. You will bring flexibility and practicality, along with a desire to ensure the building is clean for our students and staff members.

• Background checks including employer references, and an enhanced DBS check will be required for this role.

• Competitive salary: £24,580 to £24,632 per annum (FTE; pro‑rata for part‑time or term‑time only)
