An exciting opportunity for Product and Production co‑Ordinator to join a dynamic growing fashion apparel family business, would suit someone looking to take the next step in your career

This is a broad, hands‑on role focused first and foremost on production management, quality coordination, supplier follow‑up and sample control. This role will suit someone who can take real responsibility but is also happy to get stuck in when needed, whether that means chasing factories, measuring samples, updating trackers, sending parcels, preparing samples for clients or solving day‑to‑day issues. Hybrid and flexible working hours

The role
  • Own and manage critical paths across live bulk orders
  • Follow up with factories and suppliers to keep orders moving on time
  • Track key milestones including fabric, trims, lab dips, samples, approvals, production start, inspections and shipment
  • Maintain clear production trackers, action lists and order status updates
  • Chase outstanding approvals, documents, trims, samples and production updates
  • Identify risks around timing, quality, approvals, cost or supplier performance
  • Coordinate handover from sampling into bulk production
  • Support supplier accountability across delivery, communication, quality and reliability

Help ensure bulk orders are properly followed through from approval to shipment
QC & Sample Control
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing samples across developments and bulk orders
  • Review samples against agreed comments, previous versions and client requirements
  • Measure samples and check construction, trims, labelling, workmanship and general quality where required
  • Identify obvious product, construction, quality or production issues early
  • Prepare clear sample comments and follow‑up actions for factories
  • Track sample comments, resubmissions, approvals and outstanding actions
  • Support quality expectations from development through to delivery
  • Liaise with factories on corrections, improvements and production readiness
Requirements
  • Ideally 2-3 experience in apparel production management, sourcing, supplier management, QC coordination, product development or a closely related role
  • Strong experience working directly with overseas factories and suppliers
  • Experience managing bulk production timelines, approvals and critical paths
  • Good understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, labelling, packaging and production processes
  • Experience reviewing samples and identifying product, construction, quality or production issues
  • Comfortable managing multiple styles, suppliers, samples and deadlines at once
