This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of our growth plans as we enhance our online shopping experience for customers across the UK and Ireland.

• Oversee the trading strategy to contribute to revenue and profit growth.
• Be the digital expert, leveraging insights to drive conversion and customer acquisition.
• Manage product launches and execute the online trade plan for your brands.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure category success.
• Ensure legal and safe trading practices while meeting KPIs.

• Experience in a commercial role within eCommerce or strong retail trading/buying experience.
• A solid understanding of online trading levers and performance marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively.
• Initiative and a willingness to push boundaries for competitive advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing teams / people.
• A passion for beauty and skincare products.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools to drive performance insights.
