40 hours per week (includes weekends)

This role involves working some weekends and requires a friendly, confident Sales Advisor to engage with customers in a fast‑paced environment. You will build relationships, deliver excellent service and spot opportunities to support customers further.

• Handle incoming enquiries over the phone and face‑to‑face
• Build strong rapport and understand what customers need
• Identify upselling opportunities naturally and helpfully
• Process orders accurately and keep internal systems up to date
• Support day‑to‑day admin to keep operations running smoothly
• Record customer interactions clearly and accurately
• Work closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Experience in a customer‑facing or sales advisor role (retail, customer service or sales background ideal)
• Confident communicator who enjoys speaking with people
• Proactive with a natural ability to spot opportunities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable juggling different tasks in a busy environment
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
